Join us for FYVP’s inaugural Souk at our new studio lot in Frogtown! As usual we will have local artisans, authors, activists + designers selling their goods. This is your opportunity to shop small, like minded brands and businesses. Come for the falafel, stay for the community!
FYVP drops its collection ‘Homesick’ at Souk Al-Ahad based on V’s recent trip to Palestine. The items reflect on the generational loss of homeland. Alongside will be another diasporic icon, Alana Hadid, selling her closet of gifted and gently loved treasures.
There will also be a very special shop of handmade items from the West Bank. From olive oil to soap to tatreez, 100% of these sales go directly to women and families whose livelihoods are at risk due to the increasing and unchecked violence of settlers and the iof.
