Refund policy

We accept return and exchange requests for items in new condition for 15 days after you receive your order. We do not refund the donation portion of your purchase. For example, this means if $10 of an $80 order was promised to ABC organization, you will be refunded $70. Refunds are made upon receipt of the item(s), to the original payment method.

For size exchanges, we ask that you pay shipping in both directions.
